21U.K.In Schedule 3 to the Public Expenditure and Receipts Act 1968, in column 1, in paragraph I(b) for the words “The Friendly Societies Act 1896 (c.25) section 97”there shall be substituted the words “ The Friendly Societies Act 1974 (c. 46) section 106 and Schedule 5, paragraph 8 ”and the words “The Industrial Assurance and Friendly Societies Act 1948 (c. 39) Schedule 1, paragraph 7” shall he omitted.
