11(1)If the solicitor or his personal representative is a trustee of a [F1trust] , the Society may apply to the High Court for an order for the appointment of a new trustee in substitution for him.E+W
(2)The M1Trustee Act 1925 shall have effect in relation to an appointment of a new trustee under this paragraph as it has effect in relation to an appointment under section 41 of that Act.
