The making by the Tribunal or by the court of an order suspending a solicitor from practice as a sole solicitor shall operate to suspend any sole solicitor endorsement of that solicitor for the time being in force.

For the purposes of this Act, a sole solicitor endorsement shall be deemed not to be in force at any time while it is suspended.

Subsection (2) is subject to section 13ZA(2).
