District Courts (Scotland) Act 1975 (repealed)

2 In section 4 (further provision in relation to the rules, etc., of Savings Banks), there shall be substituted—

(a) for the words “the Clerk of the said Justices” the words “the sheriff clerk” ;

(b) for the word “Sixpence” the words “20 pence”.
