42SIn section 37, in subsection (2), for the words from “Children” to “that Act” there shall be substituted the words “Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975 or any offence under section 21(1) of the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937”, and in subsection (4), for the words from “section 40(3)” to “1937” there shall be substituted the words “section 14(1), 296(3) or 323(1) of the said Act of 1975”.
