271 Clerk of Justiciary to furnish forms, etc.S
The Clerk of Justiciary shall furnish the necessary forms and instructions in relation to [F1intimations of intention to appeal, notes of appeal] or notices of application under this Part of this Act to any person who demands the same, and to officers of courts, governors of prisons, and such other officers or persons as he thinks fit, and the governor of a prison shall cause those forms and instructions to be placed at the disposal of prisoners desiring to appeal or to make any application under this Part of this Act, and [F2, if any prisoner in his custody so requests, shall cause any such intimation, note or notice given by that prisoner to be forwarded on the prisoner’s behalf to the Clerk of Justiciary].
