The following provisions of this Act shall extend to England and Wales, that is to say—

a

in Schedule 10, the repeal relating to section 53(3) of the M13Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1963.

Save as aforesaid, and except so far as it relates to the interpretation or commencement of the said provisions, this Act shall extend to Scotland only.
