The Breeding of Dogs Act 1973 (c. 60) S

45 In section 1 (licensing)—

(a) in subsection (2), for the words “Secretary of State may by order” there shall be substituted the words “ local authority may ” ;

(b) subsection (3) shall cease to have effect.
