The Valuation and Rating (Scotland) Act 1956 (c. 60) S

20 S In section 13 (time for giving notices etc.)—

(a) at the end of subsection (1) there shall be added the words “ ; and an order under this section may relate to local authorities generally or to any class of local authority ” ;

(b) subsection (2) shall cease to have effect.

21 S In section 43(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “the Valuation Acts” at the end there shall be added the words “ and the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975 ”.
