C3 Under reg. 3(10) of S.I. 1987/1116, Part III (paras. 19-23) has effect (27.7.1987) in relation to personal pension schemes subject to modifications, specified in paras. 14-16 of Sch. 4 to that S.I., to paras. 19, 21 and 22

19 In making any calculation for the purposes of this Schedule—

(a) any charge or lien on the whole or part of a pension; and

(b) any set-off against the whole or part of a pension,

shall be disregarded.
