SCHEDULE 5Minor and Consequential Amendments
Factories Act 1961 (c. 34)
1In section 15(2) (unfenced machinery: operations carried out by specified male persons) the word "male " shall be omitted.
The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965 (c. 49)
2In section 21(6) for the word "woman" there shall be substituted the word " person ".
Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (c. 37)
3In Schedule 1, after the entry relating to the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1953, there is inserted the following—
| 1954 c. 57. | The Baking Industry (Hours of Work) Act 1954. | The whole Act. |
Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974 (c. 52)
4In Schedule 1, in paragraph 26(1), after "paragraph" there is inserted " and in section 64 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 ".
