27 Disclosure of documents and information to the Board.U.K.
Nothing in [F1section 449 of the Companies Act 1985] or [F2Article 109 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1978] (provision for security of information) shall prevent the disclosure to the Board of any information or document obtained as mentioned in subsection (1) of that section, if the disclosure is required for the purpose of facilitating the performance by the Board of any of their functions under this Act.
