Nothing in section 111 of the [1967 c. 81.] Companies Act 1967 or section 34 of the [1968 c. 6 (N.I.).] Insurance Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 (provision for security of information) shall prevent the disclosure to the Board of any information or document obtained as mentioned in subsection (1) of that section, if the disclosure is required for the purpose of facilitating the performance by the Board of any of their functions under this Act.
