Nothing in section 111 of the Companies Act 1967 shall prevent the disclosure to any person appointed by the Secretary of State to advise him on the exercise of his powers under the Insurance Companies Act 1974, during the currency of that person's appointment, of any information or document obtained as mentioned in subsection (1) of that section if the disclosure is required for the purpose of enabling the Secretary of State to consult that person with respect to the exercise of any of his. powers under the said Act of 1974.
