(1)Any statutory instrument containing regulations made under any provision of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
(2)The power of the [F1Treasury] to make regulations under any provision of this Act includes power to make different provision for different circumstances, but shall only be exercisable after consultation with the Board.
