The M1Law of Property Act 1925
In section 198 of the Law of Property Act 1925—
(a)
in subsection (1), for the words from “under” to “elsewhere” substitute “in any register kept under the Land Charges Act 1972 or any local land charges register”;
(b)
in subsection (2), for “under the Land Charges Act 1925” substitute “in any such register”.
