An Act to amend the law relating to premises for which special hours certificates may be granted under the Licensing Act 1964.

Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Subsection (5) of section 76 of the [1964 c. 26.] Licensing Act 1964 (which excludes any bar from premises in respect of which any special hours certificate may be granted under that Act) is hereby repealed.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Licensing (Amendment) Act 1976.
(2)The Licensing Acts 1964 and 1967 and this Act may be cited together as the Licensing Acts 1964 to 1976.
(3)This Act does not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
