2U.K.The said section shall also be inserted after section 43A of the M1 Naval Discipline Act 1957, and shall have effect as section 43B of that Act, but with the substitution—
(a)in subsection (4) of the words “such manner as may be prescribed by regulations of the Defence Council" for the words “the prescribed manner"; and
(b)in subsection (6) of “IV" “III" in both places where it occurs.
