The following subsection shall be inserted after section 118(3A) of the M1 Naval Discipline Act 1957 (application to civilians):—

“(3B)

On the trial of such a person a court-martial may make an order authorised by Schedule 4A below, and any such order shall be treated as a punishment for the purposes of this Act.”
