52 Appeals in respect of drivers’ licences.E+W
Any person aggrieved by—
(1)the refusal of the district council to grant a driver’s licence under section 51 of this Act; or
(2)any conditions attached to the grant of a driver’s licence;
may appeal to a magistrates’ court.
