There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Race Relations Act 1976 (Repealed), Section 30.
[F2(1)]It is unlawful for a person—
(a)who has authority over another person; or
(b)in accordance with whose wishes that other person is accustomed to act,
to instruct him to do any act which is unlawful by virtue of Part II or III, [F3section 76ZA or, where it renders an act unlawful on grounds of race or ethnic or national origins, section 76,] or procure or attempt to procure the doing by him of any such act.
[F4(2)Proceedings in respect of a contravention of subsection (1) may be brought only—
(a)by the Commission, and
(b)in accordance with section 25 of the Equality Act 2006.]
