80 Short title and extent. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Race Relations Act 1976.

(2) This Act, except so far as it amends or repeals any provision of the M1 House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 or the M2 Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975, does not extend to Northern Ireland.
