39 Expenses.

There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament—

(a)

any expenses incurred by a Minister, or Government department, in consequence of the provisions of this Act, and

(b)

any increase in sums so payable under any other Act which is attributable to the provisions of this Act.
