5E+WSubject to [F1[F2paragraphs 5A, 6] and 6A] below, each rent assessment committee shall consist of a chairman and one or two other members, and the chairman shall be either the president or vice-president (or, as the case may be, one of the vice-presidents) of the panel or one of the other members appointed by the Lord Chancellor.
