8E+WThe President of the panel may appoint, with the approval of the [F1Welsh Ministers] as to numbers, such clerks and other officers and servants of rent assessment committees as he thinks fit, and there shall be paid to the clerks and other officers and servants such salaries and allowances as the [F1Welsh Ministers] , F2. . ., may determine.
