23E+WIf, immediately before the commencement of this Act, an agreement or determination of a tribunal made or given for the purposes of paragraph (b) of section 24(3) of the M1Housing Repairs and Rents Act 1954 was deemed, by virtue of paragraph 1 of Schedule 7 to the M2Rent Act 1957 and paragraph 16 of Schedule 16 to the M3Rent Act 1968, to be an agreement or determination made under paragraph (c) of section 52(1) of the Act of 1968 then, after the commencement of this Act, that agreement or determination shall, until an agreement or determination is made as is mentioned in paragraph (c) of section 27(1) of this Act, be deemed to be an agreement or determination made as mentioned in paragraph (c) of section 27(1).
