62 Registration areas.E+W
(1)The registration areas for the purpose of this Part of this Act [F1are—
(a)counties;
(b)London boroughs; and
(c)the City of London.]
(2)For the purposes of this Part of this Act—
(a). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . F2 the City of London shall be deemed to include the Inner Temple and the Middle Temple, and
(b)the Isles of Scilly shall be a registration area and the Council of the Isles of Scilly shall be the local authority for that registration area.
