SCHEDULE 11 Amendments of [1975 c. 21.] Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975

8 In section 397(1) for the words " or under section 72A of the [1952 c. 55.] Magistrates' Courts Act 1952 " there shall be substituted the words " , under section 72A of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1952 or under section 104A of the [1964 c. 21 (N.I.).] Magistrates' Courts Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 ".
