In section 65, after subsection (1) (penalty for failure to comply with notice requiring execution of works under Part II of M1Housing Act 1961 insert—

In the case of an offence under subsection (1) above committed in respect of a notice served under section 16 of the Act of 1961, that subsection shall have effect with the substitution of the words “£500” for the words “one hundred pounds” in paragraphs (a) and (bb).
