HOUSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1966 (c. 49)
In section 110, after subsection (1) (penalty for failure to comply with notice requiring execution of works) insert—

In the case of an offence under subsection (1) above committed in respect of a notice served under section 107 of this Act, that subsection shall have effect with the substitution of the words “£500” for the words “one hundred pounds” in paragraphs (a) and (b).
