Definition of “local authority” E+W+S

9 E+W+S The definition of “local authority” in section 128(1) above includes any joint board constituted under the M1 Public Health Act 1936 or under the M2 Public Health (London) Act 1936 or any enactment repealed by those Acts, or any port health authority constituted under those Acts or under any Act passed before those Acts.
