National Health Service Act 1977

[F1 1 (1) An LHB order shall specify— E+W

(a) the name of the Board; and

(b) the operational date of the Board.

(2) The operational date of a Local Health Board is the date on which functions exercisable by it may first be undertaken fully by the Board.]
