[F1 5 The members of a Local Health Board shall be—

(a) a chairman appointed by the National Assembly for Wales;

(b) if the Assembly thinks fit, a vice-chairman appointed by the Assembly;

(c) officers of the Board; and

(d) a number of persons who are not officers of the Board.]
