110 Investigations for England, and for Wales. E+W+S

The Health Service Commissioner for England shall not conduct an investigation under this Part of this Act in respect of—

(a) an Area Health Authority of which the area is in Wales,

[F1 (aa)a District Health Authority of which the district is in Wales,]

[F2 (b) a Family Practitioner Committee whose locality is in Wales, or]

[F3 (ba) an NHS trust which is managing a hospital or other establishment or facility which is in Wales]

(c) a special health authority exercising functions only or mainly in Wales, . . . F4

(d) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . F4

and the Health Service Commissioner for Wales shall not conduct such an investigation in respect of a relevant body other than one of those bodies.
