Provisions as to disqualification of practitioners E+W+S

47 Removal of disqualification. E+W+S

(1) Any person whose name has been removed by a direction under section 46 above from any list or lists shall be disqualified for inclusion in any list to which that direction relates until the Tribunal F1 . . . direct under this section to the contrary.

(2) For the purpose of deciding whether or not to issue a direction under this section (or under paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to this Act), the Tribunal F2 . . . may hold an inquiry.
