(2)The powers of a magistrates’ court to revoke, revive or vary an order for the periodical payment of money [F2and the power of the clerk of a magistrates’ court to vary such an order] under [F3section 60 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980] and [F2the power of a magistrates’ court] to suspend or rescind certain other orders under [F3section 63(2) of that Act] shall not apply in relation to an order made under this Part of this Act.
