7SAn undertaking given before the coming into force of section 4(1) of the M1Health Services and Public Health Act 1968 in respect of payment under section 4 of the M2National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947 (accommodation available on part payment) continues to have the same effect as it had immediately before the coming into force of this Act.
