12Notwithstanding the dissolution by the M1National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1972 of any body subject to investigation by the Commissioner under Part VII of that Act, the Commissioner may in accordance with Part VI, commence an investigation under that Part in relation to such a body provided that the time limits mentioned in section 94(3) are observed.
