9SThe provision of vehicles as mentioned in section 33 of the M1Health Services and Public Health Act 1968, and the taking of any such action as is mentioned in subsection (2) of that section, shall for the purposes of the M2National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947 be treated as having been included among hospital and specialist services provided under Part II of that Act of 1947 as from its commencement.
