In section 30(2) (interpretation), in paragraph (a), for the words " section 34, section 39, section 40 or section 42 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947 " substitute the words " sections 19, 25, 26 and 27 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 ".
