13 Co-operation between Health Boards and other authorities. S

In exercising their respective functions, Health Boards, [F1 HIS (as respects its health service functions only),][F2 NHS trusts,] local authorities and education authorities shall co-operate with one another in order to secure and advance the health of the people of Scotland.
