17KMandatory contract term: provision of prescribed primary medical services

A general medical services contract must require the contractor to provide for the contractor’s patients primary medical services of such descriptions as may be prescribed.

Regulations under subsection (1) may in particular describe the primary medical services by reference to the manner or circumstances in which they are provided.
