Any person whose name has been removed by a direction under section 29 from any list or lists shall be disqualified for inclusion in any fist to which that direction relates until the Tribunal or the Secretary of State direct under this section to the contrary.

For the purpose of deciding whether or not to issue a direction under this section (or under paragraph 6 of Schedule 15) the Tribunal or the Secretary of State, as the case may be, may hold an inquiry.
