Powers of Tribunal E+W+S

(1)

23 F1 (2) A magistrates’ court shall not remit the whole or any part of a fine imposed by the Appeal Tribunal except with the consent of a judge who is a member of the Tribunal.

(3) This paragraph does not extend to Scotland.
