28In both section 49(10) and section 50(3)(b) of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977, for the words “a tribunal established under section 12 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 or, as the case may require” there are substituted the words “an industrial tribunal or, as the case may require, a tribunal established under”.
