7(1)The Secretary of State may by order amend the provisions of this Schedule and [F1section 44] or modify the application of those provisions to any description of case.
(2)No order under this paragraph shall be made unless a draft of the order has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
