An industrial tribunal hearing an application under F1section 161, 165 or 166 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (application for interim relief or arising out of order for interim relief) may consist of a President of Industrial Tribunals, the chairman of the tribunal or a member of a panel of chairmen of such tribunals for the time being nominated by a President to hear such applications.
