The Documentary Evidence Act 1868 shall have effect as if the Board were included in the first column of the Schedule to that Act, as if any person authorised to act on behalf of the Board were mentioned in the second column of that Schedule, and as if the regulations referred to in that Act included any documents issued by the Board, or by any such person, in relation to the Board’s functions under this Act or the scheme.

Anything authorised or required under this Act F8..., or by or under the scheme, to be done by the F9Board may be done by any F10person who is authorised generally or specially in that behalf in writing by the F9Board .
