The enactments specified in Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments set out in that Schedule, being amendments consequential on the foregoing provisions of this Act.

The enactments specified in Schedule 2 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in column 3 of that Schedule.
