Agricultural Statistics Act 1979 (c. 13)

8 Citation, etc.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Statistics Act 1979.

(2) This Act shall come into force at the expiry of the period of one month beginning on the date on which it is passed.

(3) This Act does not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
